Firms Deferring Start Date for Bar Exam

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Jul 22, 2014 2:40 pm

Hey all, does anyone know if firms will allow you to defer your start date to take the bar, if you clerkship has precluded you from taking it earlier (i.e. started in July so you couldn't sit for the July bar). Say you finish the next July, do firms allow you to accept an offer, study until the February exam, say, and then start?

Start dates are negotiable.
