Most liberal/civil libertarian judges
Who do you guys think are the most liberal or civil libertarian federal judges out there? I know Reinhardt, Kozinski, and Schiendlin are a few, but am clueless as to others.

These are like not even remotely the same thing. I take it by both of these you mean "aligned with the Democratic party's national platform on non-economic civil liberties"?Anonymous User wrote:Who do you guys think are the most liberal or civil libertarian federal judges out there? Judge Berzon comes to mind. But I agree, it is difficult to know precisely what you are asking.

I might be a bit Tenth Circuit-centric, but Lucero also comes to mind.

From context it seems pretty obviously inclusive.pertristis wrote:Inclusive or exclusive or?quantum wrote:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logical_disjunctionymmv wrote:These are like not even remotely the same thing. Still not sure what the question is, but Weinstein (EDNY) comes to mind.

Karlton (E.D. Cal), Henderson (N.D. Cal.), and Adelman (E.D. Wi.) are three who come to mind.

Pretty tough to know what you are asking when Reinhardt and Kozinski are so far apart ideologically.Anonymous User wrote:Who do you guys think are the most liberal or civil libertarian federal judges out there? I know Reinhardt, Kozinski, and Schiendlin are a few, but am clueless as to others.
