Who do you guys think are the most liberal or civil libertarian federal judges out there? I know Reinhardt, Kozinski, and Schiendlin are a few, but am clueless as to others.

These are like not even remotely the same thing. I take it by both of these you mean "aligned with the Democratic party's national platform on non-economic civil liberties"?

Judge Berzon comes to mind. But I agree, it is difficult to know precisely what you are asking.

I might be a bit Tenth Circuit-centric, but Lucero also comes to mind.

From context it seems pretty obviously inclusive.

Karlton (E.D. Cal), Henderson (N.D. Cal.), and Adelman (E.D. Wi.) are three who come to mind.
