OSCAR Question
On OSCAR, several of the judges I applied to have "expired" statuses. Does this mean the judge is full or do judges still consider applicants who applied by the deadline?

Re: OSCAR Question
All it means is that the time window which the judge set for accepting applications is now over. The judge may not have hired, the judge may have already hired. The judge may not consider new applications, the judge may consider new applications. It depends on the judge.
