Dist Ct --> COA

Worth it? Currently have a district court clerkship in 2/9/DC. Am debating whether to pursue a COA clerkship in same circuit. Medium-term career goal is AUSA/ADA (so COA not essential).

Would particularly value hearing from folks who have done both.

Three options are (1) return to a firm for a year (I'd come in as third year w/clerkship bonus), in hopes of jumping to AUSA spot in year 4; (2) go straight to ADA position; or (3) COA clerkship.
