Post-clerkship job

Can a fly-over COA alumni clerk expect call-backs from V20 firms in DC/NYC? Assume stats just barely qualifying for the clerkship, e.g. T14 top 25%.

I'm interested in the answer to this question as well; it describes my situation almost perfectly. In more general terms, what is the biglaw market like for COA clerks?
