Anyone know of C.D. Cal. judges that are/have hired or scheduled interviews? Any advice appreciated.

I know of at least 2 that have begun interviewing but have said that they are holding off hiring for at least a week.

Radio silence here and hoping that there hasn't been much action in the CDC thus far...

A friend with a CDC clerkship told me that last year, they heard from 2 judges the day apps were submitted and 2 more judges a few days later. Just trying to stay optimistic, so if anyone has more insight into the CDC, even if it's just vague references to what a few judges might be doing, I (and I am sure others) would appreciate it!!

Yeah I saw re: Tucker. I didn't apply to Fischer since he doesn't accept applicants straight out of law school.

In other news, my heart just leapt because I got a call from an unknown number....but it was just a sales call. :(

Feel your pain. Heard absolutely nothing so far. :( Does anybody know if judges are even interviewing? Particularly interested in the Santa Ana judges.

Selna has hired.

Phillips, Wilson, King, Guilford, Gutierrez, Klausner, and Kronstadt have at least interviewed (and perhaps hired).

Gutierrez is full per OSCAR and I know Wilson hired. I was pulling for Morrow - anyone heard anything about her?

Morrow has not finished looking at applications (an acquaintance is externing for her), though it was unclear if she had started interviewing yet.

Lew recently started making calls.
