can somebody give advice as to faculty recs vs. prior employer recs? Fed dist vs fed appeals vs state appellate level? what if your best research and writing stuff has been done with employers, and your good performance with faculty has been with less personal classes?
how many recs do federal clerkships require...and how many of those MUST be professors?
on a related note, my best faculty rec will probably be a B I got 1L year from a prof that i developed a relationship with. Should that be a problem?
