Drug Testing/Background Check for South Carolina Courts
I was wondering if anyone knew whether background checks and/or drug testing were done by any state courts for their clerks. Specifically I am looking at the SC Supreme Court or Court of Appeals. I know that the Circuit Court clerks do not have to take a drug test or do a background check (outside of what is required for the bar application) but I was wondering if anyone knew anyone who might know whether Supreme Court clerks had to take a drug test. Thanks in advance!
