Easterbrook only hires U of C grads, and a U of C professor chooses his clerks.

Re: Let's Talk 7th Circuit!
That's such a shame in my opinion. I'm a non-Chicago student and I think Easterbrook is on my short list of about three judges that I think would be the most interesting to clerk for. Besides, the man has a voice like God's.Anonymous User wrote:Easterbrook only hires U of C grads, and a U of C professor chooses his clerks.
Frankie -- if you're out there. Give me a PM. We'll see if we can't work something out.

Tinder's Oscar posting says that he is not accepting applications right now, but will post on Oscar when he is (online apps only).

Ripple doesn't interview without 4 semesters of grades. He's very strict on this rule, so I'm guessing he is still waiting.

Does he accept that update via email or hardcopy only? I emailed and got no response.ndirish2010 wrote:Ripple doesn't interview without 4 semesters of grades. He's very strict on this rule, so I'm guessing he is still waiting.

I'm not sure if he regularly accepts email- that's how I did it but I know his secretary because I did a directed reading with him. Not sure if her email is public knowledge though.Anonymous User wrote:Does he accept that update via email or hardcopy only? Re: Let's Talk 7th Circuit!
His oscar posting says he accepts via all forms and gives an email address for his chambers. I may just throw a transcript in the mail with the other updates I was gonna send.ndirish2010 wrote:I'm not sure if he regularly accepts email- that's how I did it but I know his secretary because I did a directed reading with him. Hamilton's OSCAR page says he'll be interviewing in late July. Anyone know if he's started scheduling those yet?
