Clerkship office doesn't tell us anything about how other CLS students are doing/what judges are moving/any of that stuff. All I know is I've heard nothing from judges.

NYU has a list of rising 3Ls who've gotten an interview. Plenty of alums are getting interviews with OSCAR judges, so the list isn't that helpful, but it's better than nothing.

BTW ur dean is thicc: HNGH.

NYU gives out a list of students names? Or just judges that gave interviews? I'd be pretty annoyed if they were telling everyone I either had 15 interviews or if I hadnt gotten any

The latter: which judges have extended an interview to a member of the class of 2021.

I'm at MVP and I *wish* we had this! Would be very helpful to know which judges have moved, especially the ones targeted heavily by my school (due to location)

UChicago had us sign up for a listhost to do this, which I did, but I haven't been getting the updates. Is anyone getting them?

W.D. Tex. is moving fast this year. Cardone, Pitman, Martinez... Montalvo is still looking but he requires a 2-year commitment.

No Montalvo hired last week. Friend at MVP got the positon.

Call me paranoid, but I accepted an offer last week and haven’t heard anything after the initial acceptance call. I realize this is probably just me being in shock that I actually got one lol

Applicant from last year's cycle - I got a letter by mail a week or so later basically saying "this confirms that you accepted the clerkship offer." I start in a few months and still don't have any sort of formal contract. I'm sure it varies widely by chambers.

Anon because I attend Columbia. But wow, according to this blog tracking which schools place the most recent grads into clerkships Columbia is doing worse than U. Montana, Georgia, and the University of Mississippi....

Applicant from last cycle. On the phone call accepting the offer I asked for written confirmation (distinct from an official "offer letter" for this reason, and got it from the JA the same day. I only got the official HR paperwork in the past few months, for something I accepted in the fall, so the official stuff may take a while to come.

Claims to have received over 750 apps. Not sure if that's an unusually high number for him or not--it would seem to be quite high, but what do I know?
