Livingston is pretty aggressive. She's at least reviewing 2017 applicants if not already hiring. Katzmann is actually probably done with 2017 at this point, though I've heard conflicting reports. I think the rest of the 2d Cir. judges are accepting but not reviewing at the moment - at least the NY-based ones, I'm not that familiar with the others.

Is chin '16 or Lohier '17 still open? Or have interviews already been in the works or happened?

I can confirm that Lohier is still open, but I don't know if he is presently interviewing.

Chin interviewed many candidates for 2016 this past week.

A classmate of mine received/accepted an offer from Chin late last week.

Lynch just filled up for 2017-18.

Is Hall the only one still hiring for 2016-17? Has anyone heard anything from him?

I know not technically 2nd, but anyone know if the Newark (3rd Cir) judges have hired yet? I know Shwartz is done and I've read elsewhere that Greenaway has started interviewing. Has Greenaway offered /still itnerviewing? What about Fuentes or Trump-Barry?

Judge Calabresi is full for 2017-2018. Has been for awhile. Pretty sure Judge Carney is too.
