Anyone hear about movement in the Pacific Northwest? Looking for ED Wash, Oregon, or Idaho.
I know of one interview invite from a D. Ore. judge.

Has anyone heard from Patty Shwartz from the 3rd Circuit? Specifically for a 2022-2023 position?

Phillips is interview inviting; Bennett has been extending interview invites and offers before and after plan opening date

Some hope for the truly long shots among us. Just offered an interview for a district court in Texas.
T6, I don't know my rank but majority B's, no journal. Diverse, public interest, interesting writing sample/softs. Strong Recs from profs all of whom I've written for.
Would you mind sharing which district?

Nope, but also hoping to hear something from Judge Shwartz. Her apps closed on Friday, so hoping for some positive movement relatively soon.

Checking in fam.

T15-18, Top 10%, LR E-Board, Moot Court Team (multiple competition wins/best brief awards), going to a V5.

Absolute radio silence (except for filling out Boggs' quiz thing and then not getting an interview lol).

Wish my career center had been more straight up about our chances. I applied primarily to top D.Cts and COAs and had no business applying to some of the judges I did lol.

Can anyone share a reasonable estimate as to what % of judges have moved so far (for people with access to that sort of information)?

There's been a decent chunk of movement from competitive districts and some circuits, but not quite the flood that is 2021

I'm c/o 2020 so I don't know how helpful this is, but it seems like non-2/9/DC judges are slower with hiring for 2022. I applied to a few judges who normally hire in June/early July, and all of them are pushing their 2022 hiring to August/September.

Any movement from Judge Tymkovich? I've heard of movement from other 10th Circuit judges but haven't seen any info on him.

Any idea on stats of person she scheduled the interview with?

On Tuesday someone posted about Howell and a couple others, but I didn't see anything about Chutkan or Mehta. Though they may have just missed posting about it.
