What is everyone's status on the mncourts.gov website? My COA application still just says "application received."

Can anyone else confirm or deny this?Anonymous User wrote:From what I have been told all SSC clerkships have been filled. No news on COA. Good luck everyone. Personally I believe I am on my way to the Veil of Tears (3L Job hunting).
If the positions were all filled by Tuesday early afternoon the court moved dramatically faster than last year. Last year clerkships were still being filled 11 days after interviews. I would have thought the court might even be slower this year since one Justice was not present for (at least some of) the candidate interviews on September 12th and 13th. Also, one poster was told it would take at least two weeks to hear back. (The Justices could have been giving a reassuring, conservative estimate, but still two days versus three weeks is a big difference).
Also, as of the afternoon of the 13th the Justices still indicated they had other candidates to consider. Can anyone else confirm or deny these extra candidate interviews?
Has anyone received a call / letter of rejection or acceptance?
Thanks.

All I can tell you is my school's career center (which is very well connected with the courts) have been told all Supreme Court positions were filled. Also applications from schools in the area were lighter than usual.

COA had their "pool" interview today. i am not positive that today was the only day of interviewing for the court, but i believe that is the case.Anonymous User wrote:has anyone heard any updates on court of appeals? Re: Minnesota SSC
both MN appellate courts run a sort of "draft." they bring in a pool of candidates and each candidate interviews in front of the entire panel of hiring judges (Supremes or COA). after all candidates in the pool have been interviewed, the hiring judges get together and select: the chief picks first and then they descend in order of seniority. they do this until all clerk positions are filled. judges do not *have* to participate in the pool application process. a judge may also/alternatively interview candidates individually.Anonymous User wrote:What is the pool interview? Nine COA judges did the pool interviews on the 25th and 28th. Any word on whether any of the ten judges not using the pool system are still taking apps?

Re: Minnesota SSC
I believe the rejection email from the coa means you were rejected only by the judges participating in the pool.
