+ It is in Cambridge, MA on Sacramento Street. About a 10 minute walk from Porter Square T Station & 12 minute walk from Harvard Square T Station.

+ It is less than 5 minute walk from a grocery store, and walking distance from a number of restaurants.

+ There is also a free washer/dryer, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a storage unit in the basement of the apartment!

+ The $1,200 per bedroom includes hot water, and the additional expenses for internet, cable, and electricity average approximately $50/each per month.
