I'll be moving in at the very beginning of July.

I fortunately found a renovated 1BR with pretty much the shittiest view ever in Regents (which means it is super cheaup but still comes with all the new stuff), which I'm pretty stoked about.

Just curious how much was it? I hope all the cheap ones aren't gone by the time I move in

Congrats, man, that's awesome! I'm excited about Hyde Park as well.

I really kind of want to email admissions to ask if they're still on track to only have a 185 class size. I know we've discussed this before, but the huge ASW made me nervous that we're going to have a class of like 225, haha. I just feel bad for the all the waitlisters; I have a feeling there will not be much movement this year. We shall see.

Anyways, looking at all the stuff I'm going to buy for my new apartment is the only thing that excites me about law school lol. Isn't that sad? I feel like a kid at a candy store, especially when it comes to the electronics

Off topic from housing, but does it seem weird to anyone else that Chicago hasn't sent any correspondence about what we need to do to finalize our enrollment, now that we've sent in our seat deposits? (i.e., transcript, glass menagerie photo).

They send out monthly letters beginning in June I believe. They will make sure we're not gargoyles, I'm sure of it.

So for entrance counselling, is it different for Stafford and Grad Plus? I went to StudentLoans.gov as instructed, but It doesn't look like there are options to select.
