So who else can't access the UCAPP? I'm logged in and at the site, but I can't find it.

I assume you've already created your CNet, did you use your SSN as your ID?

yes and yes. I'm on my.uchicago.edu, head to the finances tab, try to select "My Financial Aid", can't do anything after that

I apologize for the confusion; I thought you were talking about setting up the account. Here is where I am at:
1. Go to --LinkRemoved--
2. Log in
3. Go to the "Finances" tab and select "Financial Quick Links" from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose "Loans/Financial Aid" and then "My Financial Aid"

Now this is when I receive an awesome "your login failed. We could not validate your Student ID." in the "log in" box.
Is this where you are at?

Isn't law school notorious for listserv barf? That's my main motivation for using XMail, though I'm sure Gmail savvy folks could effectively filter law related stuff from personal stuff.

Also, just applied for max federal loans. Hoping I don't come to regret this. I guessed 4 courses in each season except summer. Crap, it just occurred to me that I used last year's budget as my guideline.

I'll be moving in at the very beginning of July.

I fortunately found a renovated 1BR with pretty much the shittiest view ever in Regents (which means it is super cheap but still comes with all the new stuff), which I'm pretty stoked about.
