oh my god you have no idea. Its so incredibly slooow right now too, which should be great but just allows me to spend all of my time thinking about how badly i want to be in Chicago.
lol we are in the exact same situation, how could i have no idea??
haha i meant that more as a rhetorical expression of exasperation. Not meant to diminish your work related apathy in any way whatsoever.

Alright, y'all, here's the deal. My girlfriend just got a job in Chicago and they want her to start June 3rd. Anybody know someone trying to sublet for a month (lookin' at you rising 2Ls). Hit me up if yes, she's clean and will have steady income.
We were planning to move in July, thus the need for a sublet, but we are open to any and all suggestions. Thanks guys!

So what's next on the horizon? The last two things I've done was accept my scholarship offer and send in my deposit. Am I missing anything else paperwork wise or are the papers just going to push themselves at this point?
Also, did anyone receive their travel stipends from ASW yet?

I just got my stipend this week. I think the next step is accepting our loans, which I believe they said happened sometime in June.

Damn it, I thought it was a diversity scholarship and that I would only have to compete with, like, 10 other people.

Anyone apply for the one at NU? Or did you guys apply for the ones back in your own hometowns?

Some Chicago NU 0Ls on Facebook are having drinks next Friday: Howell and Hood at 5:30. Figured people here who aren't part of the FB group might be interested.
