No mention of Maplewood at all. It basically implied that they would get back in touch in 2-4 weeks when they have a better idea of who will be accepting assigned housing, etc.

I'm pretty okay with signing a lease though since I'm sure I'll be up at Cornell next year. Just hoping to find something I like close to the law school.

For those who have apt hunted yet. If I don't mind spending ~1500 a month on a 1br / studio will I be able to find something decent even if I wait til june ish to look? Or are the pickings pretty slim. ?

Based on the few other leads I checked out before finding an apartment, I don't think you should have any issues. I checked into Collegetown Terrace's 1-bedroom prices and the square footage varies, but they cost about $1,300 or $,1400 for the smaller ones with heat and internet included.

And yeah, it's on that page under Graduate and professional students. Most people signed up before sending in their deposits because they had posted the link on the facebook page.

It's about a 15 minute walk to the law school but I'm pretty sure they have a shuttle. There should be more info on their website.

Above The Law just published their own version of law school rankings. Cornell comes in at #11. No rankings are perfect, but at least it makes us look better than USNWR does.
