Ah that's right, congrats/good luck! I still haven't received my fin aid package (which we've heard means you're still under consideration for a named scholarship) so I'm hoping they're holding me for their second/third/fourth/fifth choice

Thanks. Did you apply for other scholarships, or just IILJ?
Nope, just IILJ -- it was really the only one that I qualified for/was interested in.

Good luck then![/quote]
Thanks! My theory is that they have a group of first round candidates during the March ASW and depending on how many of you accept their offers, they make second round offers coinciding with the April ASW. Just another theory due to the fact that I have too much time and too little information

Yeah, @DCG, thanks for doing this. Poring over this info now. I might be wrong and this is just an initial impression, but it doesn't look like there's a direct relationship among these folks between #s and $$.
@ph yes, but it's not an interview exactly. Invited to go to March ASW a day early to meet with IILJ faculty and current scholars.
Thanks! And congrats, o0o0o0o!

Did they notify you via e-mail? I've heard it's about 5-6 spots/year.

Does the FAAPS financial aid checker update to anything after final review?
And just to see for updates - has anyone who applied for RTK received their financial award yet, or are we all still technically under consideration?

Got one of these as well. Do you have any insights on past scholarship amounts for the program and the intangible benefits for this scholarship? I know awards can be "up to full tuition," but I'm not sure how common this is; more importantly, I would be interested in the non-monetary pros of the scholarship, but I'm not sure what those are.

How did you receive your offer (via email, snail mail, etc.)?
