Hey all, I just signed up for internet with Comcast. Anyone know if I need an extra wifi router to get wifi in the house? Or does the modem come with a wireless function. Thanks!

99% sure you'll need a router. I bought a modem instead of renting since it wound up being cheaper after like 6 months of service.

I have comcast and didn't need a router. Check before buying (says the unopened router in my closet).

I got at&t in the new apartment for $24/month by pairing it with my cell phone. Works well enough to stream netflix. At&t is a monster to work with customer service wise though. Took forever to get it right.

"Class schedules will be distributed through CAESAR sometime after August 15" -- maybe midnight tonight?

I remembered that and have been checking my email all day. Then I logged into Caesar, clicked on Fall Schedule, thought I saw them!, and then realized that that was all the fall classes being offered. Fail.

1) we will have our schedules before then
2) there is an obvious conspiracy going on where they are holding off releasing schedules so we will be more likely to buy our books at the book store and less likely to use Amazon

There are people who don't have books a week and a half into the semester. I wouldn't recommend that, but you can certainly spare the time to order from Amazon Prime.

Super jelly some of y'all get Speta for Torts. He didn't teach any 1L classes last year but he's great.

Was just perusing Caesar and it looks like they are changing a bunch of stuff... Only class all 4 sections have now is Civ Pro and Contracts(ETA).

New breakdown by Section:

Section 1:

Contracts - Eigen
Crim - Rubinowitz

Section 2:
Civ Pro - Redish
Property - Dana
Torts - Speta
Contracts - Nzelibe

Section 3:
Civ Pro - Hoskins

Section 4:
Civ Pro - Allen
Torts - DiCola

Looks like they split up the Redish/Kadens dream team from Section 2.

Also, CLR has been posted with 8 sections total. Not sure if they'll be 2 sections for each section or if we'll be all mixed.
