I think others ITT have said second week of July is a better estimate. I do know that they're still considering waitlist and scholarship options today.onionz wrote:I assume no one got that loan-information email to their Northwestern email that the matriculation email said would arrive in June?

If you don't mind my asking, how do you know they're still considering scholarship options? I'm going to attempt to negotiate.bananasplit19 wrote:I think others ITT have said second week of July is a better estimate. I'm disappointed in you guys. A true gunner would've suggested we draft in order of our respective LSAT scores.

I like it. I may be the only guy to ever retake the LSAT after starting law school.cookiejar1 wrote:I'm disappointed in you guys. A true gunner would've suggested we draft in order of our respective LSAT scores.

I like this. Obviously being a veteran is the most important soft factor imaginable so that will be for the top spot. And I guess in the event of a tie we could do something like who has a graduate degree.Magnalum wrote:Let's do a draft based on soft factorsPBateman1 wrote:Better than our ugrad GPA's! ETA: Age would be another acceptable soft factor to consider

Naw. Teaching the LSAT best soft factor ever. Maybe also number of dog walks given, lifetime total or gap year, I don't care which one.Cobretti wrote:I like this. Good point, how could I forget about LSAT Tutors. LSAT Tutor Day is my favorite national holiday.Micdiddy wrote:Naw. Teaching the LSAT best soft factor ever. Does walking 2 dogs at once count as 2 dog walks?
If my dog follows me around while I pace the house talking on the phone, is this a dog walk?
Does running with the dog count as double, equal, or not at all?
Side note. Lol at being old enough to have my UG tell me all the vaccination records (including the ones they administered) from "that era" have been destroyed.

I'd like to retract age as a valid soft factor for the draftKremeCheez wrote:Does walking 2 dogs at once count as 2 dog walks?

Just as an FYI, emailed Jill regarding loan information and she said it'll start to come later on this week.

Wait...I'm not even in this league. Let's talk next baseball season. Right? Right? Will we? Will we?

I'm always in for fantasy baseball. True story: I've owned Chris Davis in at least one league every year since 2009. Except this year.KremeCheez wrote:Miles moved to attend NU?Cobretti wrote:I'd like to retract age as a valid soft factor for the draftKremeCheez wrote:Does walking 2 dogs at once count as 2 dog walks?

Can I be in a baseball league even if the only baseball player I know is Jeter?

Coming from NorCal, you must at least know a couple Giants/A's players. I don't even follow baseball that closely and I know a few.Micdiddy wrote:Oh, and DiMaggio.KremeCheez wrote:I just threw up in my mouth a little.Micdiddy wrote:Can I be in a baseball league even if the only baseball player I know is Jeter?

I'm assuming there will be opportunities to check out a game at the friendly confines of Wrigley Field. In fact, I'm hoping to do the entire Ferris Bueller thing and do the Art Institute on the same day. Who's in?
