Some but not all people have had roach infestations that are not immediately noticable... roaches come out at night. Once one gets them the maintenance doesnt show up until wednesday to spray. Roaches are likely to return months later as well. FWIW, I have been here a few weeks, up at all hours, and have never seen a roach in my place. Also, I have had 0 problems with the free internet. I do have some spiders on the outside of my windows, but they really don't bother me at all. Yeah, Regents gets a pretty bad rap, and it might very well be deserved, I don't know. I can just speak from my own experience, and my own experience has been relatively pleasant. I am pretty much getting exactly what my package entails (10mbps download + 3mbps upload) via wireless anywhere in my apartment. The AT&T 3G MicroCell has also given me flawless cell reception since switching modems/routers. Like elterrible, I do not have any roach issues (I am in the North Tower, though). I wonder if it has anything to do with the 4th floor on the South Tower being the "dog floor" and thereby making it more prone to dirty little critters

Are there pet floors in the North Tower? This is why we shouldn't let disgusting beasts live in the same places as humans. I put a request in to have them send out exterminators to my unit just in case.
