yea man honestly I hated it there when I visited, but the proximity is gonna be very beneficial.

How much are you paying

I got a furnished one bedroom that's about a ten minute walk from the law school for around 800 with utilities. It's decent, nothing spectacular but I wasn't in love with Hughes.

I was kidding of course... but I think most people on here went to the March one. Looks like weather will be decent on Thurs & Fri.

Also FYI for y'all, apparently admissions has a spreadsheet with housing options if you're looking at housing while you're there.

I am arriving at Ithaca Thursday morning. pm me if you or anyone else wants to meet up and burn some time! Maybe visit the area/housing (I have nothing planned for the housing visit) but if the admissions office has the spreadsheet and information, we could grab that and go to potential housing areas.

not exactly. i definitely don't want to be the guy asking others for rides all the time, and getting groceries on the bus seems like a pain. i think a friend of mine is also gonna be living in hughes and bringing his car, so our tentative plan is just to use his car.

i've heard others say that the main purpose of having a car in ithaca is getting to wegmans, and that most hughes residents address this issue by bumming rides from their fellow hughes-ers that have cars.
