Versatility.
Just like my eventual JD.
I'm kind of a minimalist (*exception: my debt)

If anyone is interested, I'm on the UES, and we could maybe do a museum mile/hangout thingindigomachine wrote:So excited: http://www.nyu.edu/life/student-life/ge ... teway.html
Particular interest in Whitney Museum here. (mostly because of the advertisementsJamMasterJ wrote:If anyone is interested, I'm on the UES, and we could maybe do a museum mile/hangout thingindigomachine wrote:So excited: http://www.nyu.edu/life/student-life/ge ... teway.html
just saying a lot of those museums are free in generalindigomachine wrote:So excited: http://www.nyu.edu/life/student-life/ge ... teway.html
Eh a lot of people don't know the whole "suggested admission" deal, and I think they plan on adding more as the program develops.izy223 wrote:just saying a lot of those museums are free in generalindigomachine wrote:So excited: http://www.nyu.edu/life/student-life/ge ... teway.html

Also, with Issacharoff, his exam is very "straightforward" and has an extremely tight curve. The issues covered on the exam are going to be very predictable and the most important thing you can do is take as many of his practice exams as you can. Until you get to the point that you basically have answers pre-written in your head for each concept, I would take and retake as many exams as you need. To that end, I wouldn't waste time making a complete outline for him. Find an outline that someone else has written, maybe work through some things but spend most of your time taking practice tests until it's basically a reflex.pastapplicant wrote:can anybody give some insights to how to handle epstein for contracts, murphy for crim law, and issacharoff for procedure? where would i have to go to find outlines, hornbooks, and supplements? thank you.

+1 but from what I can tell, everyone loves Barkow (at least they say their friends who had her do), everyone loves Neuborne (but they've only had him in seminars), and everyone loves Bar-Gill (I think he might be new here). So, it's not really helpful, but at least they're nice people? Approachable?nutella123 wrote:Hope everyone is having a good LD weekend. Still hoping for some guidance on supplements/approaches for Neuborne for CivPro,Oren Bar-Gill for Contracts, and Barkow for crim. Thanks for any help you can offer. I asked this in another forum.... wil paste response here if I get one.

Definitely not 10 hours. I'm even doing some supplement reading on the side and I have found I have plenty of free time right now. I'd say 6 hours outside of class? And my weekends have been about 10 hours total.nutella123 wrote:Wondering how much time people are spending studying. My buddies are saying they are spending 10 hours a day. I'm not there.... too many distractions from NYC, mixers, etc.
Interested to see if I'm alone and should crack the books more....
