I think generally these events are pretty casual. You've already gotten in, so now it's their chance to convince you. Wear something that you'd feel comfortable going out in, though, and that you wouldn't mind meeting potential classmates for the first time in.

I'm at the Goat right now, it's a lot less impressive than I thought it would be. But Golkin Hall looks great.
Also, for the TLS dinner on Saturday, we're meeting at The Goat at 5 PM, deciding where to go from there, and heading off.

Well, if you get here before 5 PM, I'll be sitting in front of the Goat wearing a Lone Star Beer t-shirt (hint, you can now identify me at the reception tonight

).

I am a female, so maybe you are looking for a guy to address this, but I am planning to wear nice jeans and shirt during the day activities and maybe something a little nicer on Thursday night (but not like interview-suit nice).

I might join in if non-committed TSLers are welcome! Only a 20 min train ride home for me so I'm in no rush to leave.
Out of curiosity, are people using this thread in lieu of an In at Penn or are you all pretty set on enrolling?

Of course you're welcome! And I'm pretty sure about enrolling but I'm not sure about everyone else.

Couldn't make it to ASW. Did anyone manage to get some apartment info (updated 2012 price quotes, photos, general opinions, etc.)? If you did, I'd appreciate it if you could post it here. Thanks!
I'm eyeing the convenience of Domus/Riverloft, but not so much the price. Is anyone looking for a roommate for these places? (female, but wouldn't mind guy roommates)

It's probably the best value luxury building. Not quite as crazy as Domus, but more frills than 2400 Chestnut.

Yes and yes. I'll actually be jumping ship next year from Sanslum to the Left Bank myself.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
