For some yes, for others no. They just send schollys out as they go... No way of predicting it

Just got waitlisted. I am kind of disappointed, as this was my first choice. But some perspective is useful, and I realize it isn't worth getting REALLY upset over. Such is life. If admitted, I'd would attend in a heartbeat. For my own sanity though, is it worth riding the waitlist lol? Do they waitlist EVERYONE this early in the game?

Kinda.. I'm not sure whether or not I want a roommate. I haven't had one in a few years and the last ones I had would constantly leave dirty dishes in the sink for days.

haha yea that'd be nice to meet the person before hand to know they aren't clinically insane before sharing a place together. I lucked out in the whole random roommate thing in UG (had 3 roommates freshman year and all were pretty cool)

Only drawback is there are probably going to be a large amount of 0L's there that still haven't made their mind up if they will even attend BU or not.

Same, I'm planning on starting negotiating on March 1 if I don't get a scholarship offer by that time. So by the time March 23 rolls around good chance I'll be sure if I'm attending there or not . TLS seems to feel they're open to negotiating so I'm hoping for the best

I have a 23 k a year scholarship offer from Minnesota... If Boston comes close to matching that I'll be attending BU, if not Minn

I'm planning on going to them with 23 k a year offer from Minn / 20 k a year offer from W&L and see how they respond.

I'm in a somewhat similar position - 30k/yr from Minn. I really want BU to match or be higher, but I don't know when it is appropriate to assume they won't be giving any more offers/approach them.

About them figuring out who you are - I agree, I've thought about that before, but... I figure I don't post anything bad on here! Plus, they probably only care if it is offensive.
