I figured I might as well save some money, so I went with furnished. I think I can find a way to survive. I'm living in an apartment with almost no furniture right now, so at this point anything is an upgrade lol

The problem is: I know it when I see it, but I don't have an eye for putting things together. I'm afraid I'm going to end up with a horrible mix of different styles clashing tackily. Worse yet, I'll think it looks cool

What I've learned: If you have a million $ and a good contractor, good things are bound to happen.

I really wish I knew what the general layout (read: dimensions) of an apartment were so that I could start mapping a room out.

I suggest Queen bed, 60-inch LED TV, 7.1 surround sound to start it off

Can we renew the same apt from this year, but get it unfurnished next? Or would we have to enter the lottery again and hope for unfurnished?

I already have a decent size tv and a sound system...
For a bed, the only way I could get a queen is if it has storage:
