They also seized government servers even though they were already in the midst of litigation on the issue, and threatened county employees with arrest over the seizure. He's also been accused of arresting people for 'driving while Mexican.'

Which is why nothing is going to happen to that deputy. Stealing privileged documents is the kind of thing Arpaio encourages, and if the judge sanctioned him she'd probably find herself on the wrong end of a criminal "investigation."
