Determining relative rank/percentile at Stanford? Forum

Obviously SLS doesn't rank, but curious to know if people have a general idea as to where students with a certain number of H's fall within the class. I found a post providing some general insight, but it's from over 10 years ago when there were 5 grades during the Fall quarter (now we just have 4).

Ex. Where would 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 H's after Fall 1L put you relative to the class, and how might book prizes factor into that?
