FL C&F Ethics Brief Requested

Post by ChipotleBois » Sat Sep 26, 2020 10:04 pm

I just received a letter from the FBBE pertaining to my C&F Investigation and Bar Application, stating that the board decided to defer further consideration of my qualifications. They are requesting a 10-page brief on ethics, essentially on why it is important to that attorney's follow the law, etc. Has anyone had to do this before? I'm not even sure where to start, or how to format it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Consider hiring a Florida based ethics attorney for advice.

Agreed with consulting an attorney. You should also alert your Dean of Student Services.
