I spent like 4 hrs a week for two exercise sets on this ICW crap. It is a time abyss and and it really drives me nut when the I pretty sure I put everything right in there and it turned out you wrong.
Is there a better way to do the ICW exercises? Thanks!

Welcome to Bluebooking. There is no shortcut, and getting impatient will lead to more mistakes.

You'll get over it and will get better as you learn the Bluebook.
Also that's not really a lot of time. Homework assignments actually take time, who knew.
