Advanced Tax Courses for M&A/Corporate Practice
How valuable are corporate and partnership tax for an M&A-driven practice? Do these courses tend to be practical or be based on case method (not sure what this would look like in the tax context)? I appreciate you won't replace the tax specialists on a deal, so trying to assess how worth it and practical these courses are. At HYS so more focused on interest level than difficulty.
