Prof. Res., Marital Property, and Business Org. Supplements Forum

Hi Guys!

I will be taking, among others:

1. Professional Responsibility (read below for a little rant)
2. Business Organizations
3. Martial Property

Anyone know the best supplements for these?

Also, how do I study for Prof. Res.? I have the Kaplan MPRE outline and Themis MPRE outline. Should I use these along with the coursework and just use these as supplements instead?

The E&E is solid for PR. I used the Q&A book, which has multiple choice and short answer questions. Good luck!

Awesome. Thanks for the Cali lessons. I also will be taking Admin law, so I just learned due to a schedule conflict. Any good supplements here? Heard Beerman Inside Admin. law is the Chemerinsky of this?

Re: PR - the Kaplan and Themis MPRE stuff will be good for the actual MPRE but it depends a lot on how your prof teaches the class. My prof was pretty strictly by-the-rules, so MPRE stuff would have been pretty decent, but I know people who have had other profs who've turned it into a more in-depth ethical issues kind of thing, where the MPRE stuff is going to be too formulaic and not very relevant. So wait and see.

(But also if your prof is by the rules you can just learn the Model rules and read the commentary, it's not more work than using supplements and I don't think they're terribly necessary for the class.)

I took Corporations this past semester and I found the Corps E&E pretty helpful.
