If there are no cup holders at the slot machine, that could cause contributory negligence.

Also, casino sold the soda to an unaccompanied minor. Harm within risk

Did you cover attractive nuisance? My torts class didn't but sounds like it could be applicable.

This seems like the best approach.

Casino has a bunch of pretty machines with big flashy lights and twirling money signs: there's an attractive nuisance argument to be made.
