International Law - Paper Topic Idea?

Trying to think of a paper topic for my International law class. Professor said it could be on anything related to international law. Anything come to mind to anybody?

Some broad legal topics
International Law governing international watercourses (there is a pending 2016 case before the ICJ between Chile and Bolivia involving this and there have been plenty others in the last 20 years or so). This field has assumed importance due to growing water shortage all around.

International Law relating to cross border cyber attacks (As relevant as it gets: The Sony incident, terrorist attacks etc. Even election rigging claims by Jill Stein.)

Hope this is at least some food for thought.
