Columbia Law Civ Pro Past Exams/Outlines?

Post by YungBull2 » Tue Nov 22, 2016 1:12 pm

Hey guys - new to the forum.

We have a new 1L professor teaching our Civ Pro. course and she previously taught/worked at Columbia Law. Would anyone be able to send past exams or outlines for Columbia's Civ. Pro? Preferably stuff within the last five years. I ask because she said she is using past exams not from our school.

FWIW: we began our class with pleading and complaints, rather than the typical starting point of subject matter jurisdiction.

Thanks and good luck with finals!

You should probably post her name.

Don't think she ever taught Civ Pro at CLS. She worked in a role usually held by LPW/Legal Research instructors, so you likely won't be able to find anything directly on point for a 1L doctrinal course. Maybe if you list your case book and the order of topics in your syllabus you may be able to find some parallels with another professor's civ pro course taught at CLS, but trying to track all that down is probably not going to be as fruitful a use of your time as other studying methods considering there's no guarantee it will usefully parallel what will be on your own exam. Sorry to disappoint
