Federal Criminal Law

I am taking a Federal Criminal Law course this semester, and the professor is really circuitous and rambling. Know of any good outlines or supplements? I would appreciate any assistance!

I am using the Abrams casebook (5th ed.), so any supplements keyed to that text would be ideal. I am so lost in that class. :(
