Transfers grade percentile 2L year Forum

I am a transfer student and currently don't have a gpa at new school, so I am not included in their percentiles. After 2L year will I be given a new rank at the new school? At my old law school I was top 5%. should I gun at the new transfer school for the same percentile because people already are in the top at this new school (previous 1L students). I am hoping to gun for for top 10% after 2L. Is it possible and how should I go about it?
