Taking 2 seminars 2L fall?
Does anyone have any thoughts/experience with taking two seminars their 2L fall semester? Does it look bad to employers to take 2 seminars in one semester? I'm looking to take courses that will be more generous to my GPA than bar classes. I'm only signed up for one bar class (Corporations), a seminar, and Labor Law. I'm trying to decide on the fourth for sure. Any advice is appreciated!

I mean, if the rest of your classes from here on out are "Law and Cupcake Eating" then yeah, maybe, but two seminars compared to one isn't going to matter.

Make sure they're actually going to be easier on your GPA. Here, the profs grade them in such a way that it's harder to get a good grade in a seminar than it is in other classes. We might be perverse, but we might not, so check.

Pretty sure the Cupcake Eating courses fill up quick so I might be SOL on that, but in terms of how employers view two seminars as half your course load, does it matter?

Again, as was literally just said, no it doesn't matter.lawschoolbound13 wrote:Pretty sure the Cupcake Eating courses fill up quick so I might be SOL on that, but in terms of how employers view two seminars as half your course load, does it matter?
