If I got a B in LRW, does that pretty much mean I have no chance at writing on to a journal? It's due June 16 and we can only use the Law review article for LR and for one other journal. for all the other ones, it has to be unique to that subject. So it's a lot of work.

We have around 200 students per class and 9 journals.

You haven't talked the professor into reevaluating your grade yet? I guess you have a few weeks until June 16. Did you at least reach out to the administration?

With 9 journals and only 200 in your class you can likely get a secondary journal with a bare modicum of effort in write-on.

Should I go above his head? I think next week when i get a chance to get into town, I should schedule a meeting with him just to go over the numbers and medians. And then maybe contact the vice dean? Basically, he says that the median was a higher number than i thought (88 based on first 3 assignments; have not seen the avgs for the last 2 assignments) and i got an 88. He told me the median was raised after the last two assignments,but he hasn't prove it to me.

Median is B+ and this class is not supposed to be curved. IDK something does not feel right.
