Doing Better on Closed Book Exams

Post by DCESQ » Sat May 28, 2016 3:53 pm

Does anyone else get higher grades on closed books exams relative to open book exams. The open book exams I have taken I have been around median but the closed book ones I have far exceeded median. Does anyone else have similar results?

Yeah I had similar results. I don't know whether it was because I wasted time looking at my outline/notes during the open book exams or whether the open book format raised the performance of my classmates relative to my own. But I noticeably perform better on closed book exams.
