Supplements for corporations and Sec Reg in need!

Post by sandwich8 » Fri May 20, 2016 4:18 am

Hello,
hope everything is fine with you guys.
last semester I took contracts, and I found contract law for dummies very useful. Badly, there is no for dummies editions for both corporations or Sec Reg.
now, I need your help to get good supplements for corporations & Sec Reg.
For corporations: my prof is using An Introduction to the Law of Business Organizations: Cases, Notes and Questions, 3d by Presser.

For Sec: the text book that was assigned by the prof is E&E, which is weird, since there is no case book for that class, do you think I need any other supplements beside E&E? if you know any other source that break it down to the basics I will be so thankful.

Wachtell has a sec reg guide that's useful for getting the gist of liabilities. I'd check that out.

I'll sell you brand new copies of the latest editions of the E&E and the Chirelstein supplement. I bought them for my Corporations class, but ran out of time to study so didn't even open them.

I won't have access until Sept., but can send to you approximately September 1.

DM me if interested.

Skadden also has a good breakdown of Section 5 rules ("Gun Jumping")
