child pornography exposure federal law

Post by ihadadream » Wed May 18, 2016 1:30 pm

Hello. For those with an understanding of federal criminal law, I am interested in knowing the potential exposure for an 18-year-old college student who produces and participates in a pornographic video with a 17-year-old girl who is also in college. Although they knowingly participate in the video, they did not intend to distribute it. However, the cameraman, also an 18-year-old college student, uploaded it to the Internet.

What is the potential exposure under federal law for (A) the boy/actor, (B) the girl, and (C) the boy/cameraman.

Thanks for the help.
