You're at a Tier-2 law school. You should have known going in that grades were not going to matter that much anyway. Sure, it would really help if you were in the top 10% of your class. But past top 10% or so, networking and hustling matter way more than whether you're top 33% or top 70% or whatever.

I assume your goals are to work at a small law firm in the region in which your law school is located. (Again, this is a goal you should have had--or at least had been content with--when you decided to attend a TT law school.) If you're still happy with that outcome, then I'm not sure why you'd drop out. You've got a substantial scholarship.
