Burning Canadian flag not Illegal?

Post by Harry24 » Wed May 11, 2016 7:25 am

Hello folks,
This came as a shocker to me. I have never heard and learnt about this. Burning the national flag is not a crime. It was written in a blog. It said that burning flag is not a criminal offence, rather a violation of flag etiquette.

Burning the American flag is a protected free speech right in most cases.
