MPRE Prep: duty of confidence question

to be clear: is there ever ANY situation where a lawyer MUST reveal confidential information? I understand all of the exceptions where they MAY do so - but am I missing something where they MUST or does confidence pretty much always trump? Sarbanes-Oxley the only time??
