I have a lot of thorough outlines from 2Ls and from others that have taken the course (same book, prof).
I have everything I need.
Case briefs (from 2L) and outlines.
Now Im just wondering what I can do during the time others are outlining?
Rewrite them?
Redo-ing my own seems redundant and wasting time. I will have it all out in front of me for finals too. (open book)
So any tips on how to efficiently spend my days when I have everything I need ?
*As of now, I am reading for class (but not briefing), note taking in class in addition to outline, and reading E&Es.
It seems to early for practice tests...

Re: Outlining
Many (if not most) of your classmates probably have those outlines, too - it's not like they'll all be outlining and you won't.
It is too early for practice tests. I would just go through the outlines as you go through the course, to make sure that you understand everything and the outlines match what your prof teaches in class. Lots of practice exams as you get closer to finals.
