Sorry if stupid questions regarding loans:


1. Can people switch their loan repayment programs at any time? For example, can they go from 10-15 years in REPAYE to standard or graduated, if their needs change? In another example, can they go from being in the standard repayment program for a couple of years to REPAYE (or IBR)?

2. Is there an early payment penalty in REPAYE?

3. How much does the fact that you are in REPAYE for 25 years affect your ability to get a mortgage?
