1L at a T14 looking to do a COA internship or USDC internship. Just looking for some advice in regards to competitiveness or how wide I should spread my net. Seeing that the internships are unpaid, I'd prefer to just stick to one area where I can get free housing, so I'm limited to one COA, where only 3-4 judges sit and 1 USDC with half a dozen or so judges.
If I limit my applications to just these judges, is the chance that I will hear back too slim? If anyone with any experience could enlighten me it would be greatly appreciated. Also looking for some advice on timings of apps, if Dec. 1 is necessary or if internship time frames are looser? Thanks.

Hard to tell you much without knowing the area. You probably have a good shot considering intern hiring is generally not super competitive. Can fill up quickly though, so apply early.usernotfound wrote:1L at a T14 looking to do a COA internship or USDC internship.
