Contracts Supplement (heavy UCC)

Post by Superbeast » Tue Nov 03, 2015 12:25 pm

I was doing ok the first half of the semester but have started getting lost now that we are in remedies for breach, and def need some review of parol evidence etc.
My textbook is Farnsworth 8th edition and my professor is heavy into using the UCC.

What supplement would fit my needs?

I've read about the boat book, E&E, hornbook etc...but not sure which would leans more towards a prof who is heavy into using the UCC.

Thx in advance

We did quite a bit of UCC in my class, although probably not as much as yours sounds like. But FWIW, I thought the E&E was great.

Just read the UCC provisions and comments. The E&E is pretty good for stuff like 2-207, but nothing beats reading the statute.
